Home-made bread, home-made apple cider in little apple cups, home-made pizza, orange rice krispy bars with sprinkles, pumpkin spice play dough, and a movie with friends equals a wonderful time for all!
We had such a fun pajama party! Everyone LOVED wearing their pajama's to school! We were so cozy and cute all day long. This morning we played with pumpkin spice play dough, blocks, and dolls. After free choice time we had Spanish class, where we learned the days of the week and some new songs. Then we came together to make our own personal pizza's! That was so much fun! Kennedy made a smiley face for her and AJ. Quinn and Elia made a regular looking pizza- except that they ate most of the toppings before it got into the oven! Kane and Hayden made a pizza with lots of green peppers and peperoni's on it, Tanmay and Kroix piled their pizza so high with veggies I wasn't sure it would cook properly (it did, and they ate the whole thing!) Milan and Jayme made a pizza with a flower on top using all the peperoni's and veggies. Dru didn't make a pizza, she just enjoyed eating cheese and peperoni's watching everyone else, she's so funny!
While the pizza's were cooking we snuggled into our sleeping bags and watched the movie "The Water Horse" while eating rice krispy bars brought by Jayme and Dru (Thank you!)
When the pizza was finished we got out our lap tray's and ate lunch on the living room floor while we watched our movie! We also had apples cut across instead of down to make a star shape in the center of each apple. The children really loved this, especially Dru who got her apple and said "THANK YOU MAMA!" It was so adorable!
We had a great day and can't wait to drink our special cider in our special carved apple cups with a cinnamon stick to stir and sip with! What a fun fall day!
