Christmas Party 2009

Sing hey! Sing hey!
For Christmas Day;

The children had a ton of fun dancing to our favorite Christmas songs this morning and singing for the video camera! We decorated our own tiny Christmas tree's and watched the movie "The Santa Clause" We did some Christmas light Limbo, decorated cookies, colored pictures of Gingerbread people and opened our special presents from our friends!
Thank you for participating in the gift exchange- it was really pretty amazing that everyone knew exactly what their friend would love! The children had a great time giving and receiving their gifts- Everything was so much fun! They ALL slept with their presents, and carried them around the rest of the day!
Our story time books were "The Little Christmas Tree" and "The 12 days of Christmas" (we sang that one together and laughed about how funny it would be to receive 11 ladies dancing, or 10 maids a milking!

Our little singer enjoyed having her moment in front of the camera- she knows the whole song and sings it loud and clear no matter what kind of chaos is going around her- the sign of a true star :)


We tried to do some performances- unfortunately my camera died the 3 times we tried to do "Up on the housetop" and 3 was enough for us, we didn't try it again. This is our version of Jingle Bells-


No party is complete without some dancing!



A fun time was had by all! We have two more days of Holiday fun before our break!
