We camped out today. Really! We began the day outdoors as usual, but instead of coming inside for lessons we just stayed out! The children had a blast pretending to make a fire with the logs, then our balancing log became a train and they all took a long ride with Quinn as the conductor and Milan as the caboose. We ordered pizza and had it delivered to our "campout" and had a picnic in the grass. We should have been more prepared with marshmallows and hot dogs but pizza had to do for today! The real treat came when we brought our sleeping mats outside and got to take our nap in the play yard! It was such a beautiful day today!
We hope to have our lemonade stand later this afternoon- hopefully it goes well!
