Look at our beautiful creations! Last week during free play the older children got out the tools and started digging up rocks and saving them in a bucket. At nap time we washed and dried them and after nap we used our paints to decorate the rocks! They turned out really pretty. We figured we could use them as decorations, or we could make up our own games with them, or we could use them for math, sorting, counting, graphing, etc. All we need is a bit of imagination and rocks can be used for many many things!
