Today we took another trip to the stream since it was such a beautiful day out! Our new friends Quinn and Ryder got along great. Ryder even thought she might take one of the crayfish we found home with her, she said she had the perfect place for it..but didn't have any food for it. I'm not sure her parents would approve of her new idea of a pet!
We caught another baby and another "mama" crayfish to add to our new fish tank- thanks to Kroix's parents for bringing it in!
We also noticed this weekend that our caterpillar had made himself a cocoon! He is hanging from the top of his little home and we are patiently waiting for the day that he pops out of cocoon and becomes a beautiful butterfly!
Congratulations to Jayme today! It was her very first day of first grade!! We are so proud of her! We are anxiously waiting for her to return so we can hear all about her day.
I think the "Back To School" fairy actually left something for our School Students this year, we'll have to check it out after nap time.
